Effective today, the following changes have been made to our server IP and port numbers:

• NoQuarter XP Unlimited: 70.86.84.196:27960
• Melee XP Unlimited: 70.86.84.194:27960
• PubNGrill: 70.86.84.195:27960
• Tourney: 70.86.84.197:27960 (private)

In an effort to freshen up and tidy this place a bit, I thought I'd start up a fresh new NoQuarter server for your gaming pleasures.  I've spent some time tweakig this one, and I think you will like it.

Here's a quick rundown of how things are set up for some of the major features:

• Speed and gravity are same as Melee.
• XPSave system is same as Melee (unlimited, resets after 7 days inactivity).
• New weapons: 

                 Allies: Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR)  replaces  FG42/Soldier Thompson     
                 Allies: M1 Bazooka Anti-Tank Weapon replaces Panzerfaust 60m     
                 Allies: KA-BAR Combat Knife replaces SS Dagger  (All Classes)   
                 Allies: Mobile Browning .30 cal  replaces  Mobile MG42      
                 Axis: StG44 Sturmgewehr Assault Rifle (MP44) replaces Soldier MP40  
                 Axis: Steyr-Solothurn S1-100 (MP34) replaces Sten  
                 Both: Winchester Model 97     New Weapon!    

• New ranks have been added, as there are many more skills

We will experiment with some of the "Insanity modes" that are available.  Currently, the server is set as shown below:

• on/off-  Mode- Description 
  off- Instant Spawn- Spawn times are instant 
  off- Unlimited Ammo- Everyone has unlimited ammo, no reloading 
  on- Mortar cam-  Mortars show a cam when fired 
  off- Rocket cam-  Rockets show a cam when fired 
  off- Unlimited charge-  Charge bars never drain 
  off- Guided rockets-  Rockets follow your crosshair 
  on- Homing rockets-  Rockets follow nearby enemies 
  off- Unlocked weapons-  Everyone can pick up any weapon 
  on- Venom mode-  Allows soldiers to use the Venom gun from RTCW 
  on- HP left view-  Shows attackers HP left message (and distance) 

• Throwing knives:  earned at level 8 Light Weapons.  These knives spin and stick.
• Kicking: You can melee attack with a kick! Kick open doors, kick grenades, kick airstrike and smoke canisters! Kick your friends!
• Leaning: The other guy can see you lean now. 'Nuff said.
• Aura skills: If you are close enough to a player with an aura based skill then you will receive the effects of that skill.

                       Level 5 First Aid: Improved Health Care
                       Level 5 Engineering: Advanced Cooling (formerly an ice cube icon)
                       Level 5 Signals: Inspire Morale

• Ammo sharing: You can share ammo between teammates with /dropclip and /dropweapon

For those of you that have been wanting a bit more competition in your lives, you got it.  The bots a vicious!  They bite, they chase, they are damn good shots (new Omnibot version).

Sure, we lose some things that Jaymod has to offer, but I think after playing this one a while, you will agree, that it's great!  So stop in, check it out, play a bit...  We will be changing out the maps with new shortly...
